Twice Baked Potatoes

4-6 Potatoes ( as many potatoes as you use )

Ingredients
- 4-6 large baking potatoes
- Cream Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Milk
- Butter
- Minced Onion
- Shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions (Steps, Oven Temperature, Time per Step)
- Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 40-50 min.
- Cut in half and scrape out the inside potato leaving just the skin ( try not to rip the skins)
- Mix the “Scraped out potaoes with the rest of the ingredients to your tasting and spoon back into the potato skins
- Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top of each potato
- Wrap each potato in foil and freeze for at least 4 hours ( I do it overnight)
- Bake again for 30-40 min at 350 degrees in the oven (OR – you can microwave them for 5 min with a paper towel underneath the potato after you take the foil off )
