Ingredients:
- 3 large Avocados, diced
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced (Romas are best for this recipe)
- ¼ large onion, diced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well.
- Chill in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes
- Serve and eat fresh!

Recipe's Story:
This is my recipe that I have perfected over the years. I first made it to bring to one of our family gatherings (most likely, the 4th of July or Thanksgiving). My family has always done potluck style holiday gatherings, and I loved being able to participate by bringing great tasting sides and appetizers.
