Rye Bread Hors d’oeuvres

Cook Time - 2 minutes
Prep Time - 5 minutes
Dietary Restrictions - Contains Dairy, Gluten
Ingredients:
- Rye Bread (cocktail size or cut to 2”)
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp Cooking Sherry
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Dash Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
- Mix cheese, sherry, mayonnaise, Worcestershire
- Spread on Rye bread
- Place on sheet pan
- Broil until brown (about 2 minutes)
Suggested Pairings:
This entrée goes well with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli

My Granny Betty always made this for everyone on Christmas Eve when I was growing up. Every year around that time, I can’t help but think about playing games as a family with everyone, drinking hot cider, and eating these addictive rye bread hors d’oeuvres
