Ingredients:

  • 125 Liters of Bourbon (1 ½ Bottles) – Use whatever kind you like, but since it’s being mixed, I recommend Evan Williams since it’s cheap.
  • 63 Liters of Lemonade – I use Simply Lemonade because it comes in 89 oz jugs and 2 of these equals 2.63 liters which seems to be the right amount needed for the recipe.
  • 5 ounces of mint leaves.

Directions:

  1. Roughly chop mint leaves after removing from stems.
  2. Mix Bourbon, Lemonade, and chopped Mint Leaves into a large enough jug preferably one that has a spicket for easy
serving.a. You can adjust the amount of Bourbon and Lemonade you add depending on how strong you want it to be.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Suggested Pairings:

Barbeque

Recipe's Story:

We have a summertime family picnic every year and I wanted to start bringing a drink to share with everyone that would be refreshing. I like bourbon and I like lemonade; the rest is history.
