Ingredients:
- 125 Liters of Bourbon (1 ½ Bottles) – Use whatever kind you like, but since it’s being mixed, I recommend Evan Williams since it’s cheap.
- 63 Liters of Lemonade – I use Simply Lemonade because it comes in 89 oz jugs and 2 of these equals 2.63 liters which seems to be the right amount needed for the recipe.
- 5 ounces of mint leaves.
Directions:
- Roughly chop mint leaves after removing from stems.
- Mix Bourbon, Lemonade, and chopped Mint Leaves into a large enough jug preferably one that has a spicket for easy
serving.a. You can adjust the amount of Bourbon and Lemonade you add depending on how strong you want it to be.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Suggested Pairings:
Barbeque
Recipe's Story:
We have a summertime family picnic every year and I wanted to start bringing a drink to share with everyone that would be refreshing. I like bourbon and I like lemonade; the rest is history.
