    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp Butter
    • 2 tbsp Flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 cups macaroni noodles or shells
    • 3 oz of 3 different cheeses (Sharp Cheddar, Fontina, Monterey Jack are recommended)
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Optional:  cooked vegetables and meats

    Directions (Steps, Oven Temperature, Time per Step)

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Cook 2 cups of macaroni noodles or shells
    3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in pan
    4. Whisk in 2 tbsp flour
    5. Warm then gradually whisk in 1 cup milk
    6. Add cheese to pan and stir until melted
    7. Mix cheese and noodles in baking pan.  
    8. Mix in other vegetables or meats, if desired
    9. Bake in oven for 30 minutes

    Suggested Pairings (Optional)

    Add cooked broccoli, peas, sausage, or ham to taste!
