Recipe’s Story: Anecdote (Three to Five Sentences)

This soup is a staple all over Central Europe and my grandmother cooked it often when I was growing up in Prague. It was a tasty lunch or dinner especially in winter month. It can be very versatile, any meat can be substituted depending on your preference and what’s left in the fridge. I have cooked this with chicken or plain vegetarian before and it’s still makes a bold soup. Dobrou chut! (Bon Appetit!)
